Former DCUV President and Dartmouth Rugby player Boomer Akerboom, ’80 TH’82 TH’85 will give his “Rugby 101” presentation Saturday morning, 9/28 at 9:00am, prior to the rugby double-header at Brophy Field. The women play Sacred Heart at 11am, while the men play Fordham at 3pm.
The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. in Oopik Auditorium (Room 100) at the Class of 1978 Life Sciences Center, adjacent to the Dewey Parking Lot. The DCUV will provide a catered light breakfast.
There is plenty of free parking in the Dewey Lot behind the Class of 1978 Life Sciences Center. Maps showing parking, building entrance information, and the location of Oopik within the LSC are below.
